Why a law firm is running a word search

Most of what makes estate planning stressful is vocabulary. Families arrive knowing they should do something about the house, but not knowing whether they need a will or a trust, what a successor trustee actually does, or why funding matters more than signing. None of that is complicated once the words stop being intimidating.
