I had heard of horror stories of losing longtime family homes and inheritance (esp here in CA) due to probate, capital gains taxes, property reassessments, etc… I didn’t want that for my Dad so we decided to be proactive and plan out his estate while he’s still alive and well.

After an initial consultation, we decided to set up a full estate plan for my Dad: Trusts, trust transfer deed for the house, health and financial power of attorney, advanced healthcare directives, etc.

We went with Dr. Gervacio after reading his bio and seeing his great credentials:
-Board Certified Specialty in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate
-Doctor of Judicial Science
-Masters in Tax Law
-Masters in International Legal Studies

Dr. Gervacio is a great educator and is super knowledgable. He had answers for all the questions we had about the uncomfortable uncertainties associated with legal/financial scenarios involving the passing of a loved ones and reassured us that we could always call them for guidance.

The administrative team at Trust Law Legacy was very responsive and helpful. They ensured the process went as smooth as possible. It was super convenient to meet with them online during the initial phase, but it was even more of a pleasure meeting the team in person during the signing. Everything went very smoothly as they were well prepared. We were done within an hour!

In the end we went home with a nice big binder of legal documents, but more importantly, we breathed a sigh of relief knowing we had set up our family for a couple generations. (This experience taught me that these things need to be settled sooner rather than later— I’ll be coming back to do my own trusts for my young family as well!)

Trust Law Legacy Group is one of the most reasonably priced firms in the Bay Area and San Jose. Their attorney’s qualifications alone are beyond superb not to mention the customer service and communication their assistants have. They respond so fast and with care! Their mobile notary was EXTREMELY helpful when I couldn’t make it in office and they have the nicest estate planning portfolios I’ve ever seen. They put a lot of quality into their work and I feel like they can handle everything I need! I received a laminated business card and nice quality yellow legal paper for my estate planning binder. 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs their estate planning, private, trust administration and notary done.
