Dr. Rey Gervacio has been a licensed California attorney (Bar #176812) since 1995. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
He obtained his S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science degree equivalent to the Ph.D. in Law) and two LL.M degrees (Masters in Tax Law and Masters in International Legal Studies) from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He received his J.D. (Law Degree) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
In addition to his domestic trust and estates practice in the United States, Dr. Gervacio has also helped many individuals from various parts of the US with their Philippine inheritance matters over the past several years.

Atty. Gerald Smith has been a licensed California Attorney (Bar #171280) since 1994. He obtained his J.D. (Law Degree) from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
He is an experienced criminal and civil trial attorney and handles all litigation matters for the law firm related to Trust and Estates, Probate, and Civil cases. Attorney Smith is also licensed to practice law in the Central, Eastern, and Southern California Districts of the Federal Courts.
In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Smith had used his skills volunteering for over 5 years, coaching High School Mock Trial teams in San Diego County.

Dr. Bennie is a licensed attorney in Thailand and serves as the Director of the Business and Tax Departments at the law firm. She holds her Law Degree (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand’s premier institution for legal education. Committed to academic excellence and international legal practice, she pursued postgraduate studies in the United States, earning both her Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D. or Ph. D in Law) degrees from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.

Miss Cheenee Guino is a graduate of Mariano Marcos State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Teacher Education, majoring in Electronics Technology. She successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers and holds two National Certificates in Technology. Further expanding her qualifications, she has also earned certifications in Xero and QuickBooks, enhancing her skills in digital accounting and business solutions.

She has been a California Notary Public since 2022 (Commission #2368768) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Johns Hopkins University. Reilani combines her academic foundation in sociology with her growing expertise in business to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented support in notarial services and beyond.
